1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Velocity Exotics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the velocityexotics.com website and any related services (collectively, the "Site").

The Company name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

5. Vehicle Information

We make every effort to ensure that the vehicle information displayed on our Site is accurate. However:

• Vehicle specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice
• Photographs may not represent actual vehicles and are for illustration purposes only
• Pricing is subject to change and does not include taxes, title, license, documentation fees, or other applicable charges
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time
• Final pricing and terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase

6. Purchases & Payment

When making a purchase through our dealership:

• All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Full payment is required before vehicle delivery
• We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer, and approved financing
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold a vehicle
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, and other charges

Vehicle Delivery

We offer nationwide and international delivery. Delivery costs and timelines will be provided upon request. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Financing

Financing is available through our network of lending partners, subject to credit approval. By applying for financing:

• You authorize us to obtain your credit report
• Rates and terms are determined by the lender based on your creditworthiness
• All financing terms are subject to lender approval
• Pre-approval does not guarantee final approval

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
